Dr. Tristan Collins
Dr. Collins completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Virginia Tech in 2009 and finished dental school at the University of Maryland in 2013. He journeyed across the country to enjoy the relaxed culture and outdoor recreational attractions that Colorado has to offer. From music at Red Rocks to Broncos games at Mile High, BBQs with friends, snowboarding and camping in the Rockies, Dr. Collins enjoys all of the local flavor that Denver provides. One of his favorite pastimes would certainly have to be spending time hiking, running, and playing with his dogs Orion and Maia. He happily married his wife, Katelyn in the summer of 2022 and plans on staying in Colorado for many years to come.
Dr. Collins has a jovial and easygoing personality who can bring the fun to any situation.

Dr. Scott Czarnik
Dr. Scott Czarnik is originally from Chicago. He studied Chemistry and went on to earn his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the University of Illinois. After dental school, Dr. Czarnik attended the esteemed University of Minnesota for his orthodontic residency training. He has continued his pursuit of excellence in blending art and science by working across the country and even volunteering his time at rural clinics in Guatemala. As an outdoor enthusiast he finally found his calling in the great state of Colorado. He and his wife Carolyn love exploring the Rocky Mountains and taking in all that this beautiful state has to offer.
Dr. Lilly Poor
Dr. Lilly Poor is a passionate and dedicated dentist originally from Bloomington, Indiana. She earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Indiana University before pursuing her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University in Arizona. After practicing dentistry in Arizona for two and a half years, she followed her heart to beautiful Colorado.
Driven by her own dental journey when younger, Dr. Poor is inspired to empower others in achieving confident, healthy smiles. She enjoys the hands-on approach of dentistry, blending art, technology, and science to deliver exceptional care. Dr. Poor is committed to providing her patients not only with beautiful smiles but also with optimal oral health, all within a warm and inviting environment.
Determined to reduce the negative perceptions often associated with dentistry, Dr. Poor strives to deliver top-notch care to each individual in her community.
Outside the dental office, Dr. Poor enjoys the outdoor adventures that Colorado offers, such as snowboarding, hiking, biking, and paddleboarding. She also has interests in cooking, photography, and videography, and spending time with her Dachshund, Griffy.
Dr. Michael Clemens
Dr. Michael Clemens was raised in Colorado Springs and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Before beginning his journey in dentistry, Dr. Clemens proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that shaped his strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to serving others.
Dr. Clemens chose dentistry because it combines precision, problem-solving, and patient care. He enjoys helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles while creating a comfortable and positive dental experience. Building trust and forming lasting relationships with his patients is one of the most rewarding parts of his career.
Outside the office, Dr. Clemens enjoys spending time outdoors exploring Colorado with his wife, Athena, and their two kids. Whether it’s hiking, enjoying the mountains, or simply spending time with family, he values the balance between practicing dentistry and appreciating the Colorado lifestyle he’s always called home.

Torrey

Torrey is a registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne Wyoming. Torrey is happily married to her high school sweetheart and they have a beautiful baby girl named Ivy along with 2 cats. She enjoys going on walks to the park, having fires in her backyard, and spending time with family and friends. Torrey wants to give her patients the best experience and her goal is for everyone to leave with the smile of their dreams.

Ingrid is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She received her Bachelor’s Degree at James Madison University in Virginia. Ingrid later received her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene at Northern Virginia Community College, with Cum Laude Honors.
Ingrid believes that patient centered care is best practice . Her goal is for everyone to understand and achieve optimal oral health, using a caring and compassionate approach.
In her spare time, Ingrid enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her rescue dog, Teddy

Mikayla received her Dental Hygiene degree from her hometown in Rangely, CO.
She is passionate about making patients feel welcome and comfortable in her chair. Her top priority is to help patients achieve optimal oral health.
In her spare time, she enjoys beach vacations, hiking, snowboarding and hanging out with her family.
Jamie

Jamie is from Minnesota and graduated with her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2015 from the Rochester Community and Technical College with high honors. She then completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree through Metropolitan State University, Minnesota in 2017.
She spent her first 8 years working in public health and is passionate about making her patients feel comfortable while also teaching them how to achieve healthy teeth and gums.
She and her husband got married in 2025 and love to travel, go skiing and hiking, and hang out with their fur-babies.

Hi, I’m Aylin — a registered dental hygienist with over five years of experience in the dental field. I grew up in Denver and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene right here in my hometown.
Spanish is my first language, and I love being able to connect with patients from all walks of life. My goal is to help everyone feel comfortable and confident in their smile. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and friends, and getting outdoors whenever I can.

My name is Verania. Born and raised in Leadville, CO. I’m fluent in Spanish and English, have a bachelor’s in Psychology, and enjoy watching Colorado’s beautiful sunsets and visiting new places.
